Honey Do List

We always get calls for Honey-Do-list kind of work. Today we had a Temecula homeowner in need of a handyman to move a single piece of gym equipment. Boy was it heavy! The problem was not simply the weight. This unit was assembled in the bedroom which meant it couldn't fit back out the door it came in. So I first measured the doorjamb just to check and see if I could remove the door and gain enough clearance that way and save the client a few bucks but no luck there.

Next I began to figure out the best way to break the unit apart just enough to fit it through the door and into the master bedroom. I had a small section of laminate flooring I had to drag the thing over so I put a blanket down to protect the floor and presto we got it into the new location in less than an hour!

We dont mind doing small projects like this. Some bigger outfits are too busy chasing room additions and big money to care for the small stuff but hey we have made a living from it and we enjoy helping people out who need an extra set of hands and some tools!
