A new law passed in 2012 that makes it mandatory to have a carbon monoxide sensor installed in any living space which has a attached garage or any fossil fuel burning appliances. Carbon monoxide is a silent killer and has no odor to detect which makes it all the more important to have sensors installed in your home to protect your family.
