At Temecula Handyman we are committed to providing safety and accessibility upgrades to protect and assist the elderly. We can convert stairs into wheelchair access ramps like we did at this Fallbrook home. We can create a non slip surface on smooth concrete or add traction to slippery steps. We also can change round door knobs to lever action which allows much easier access in and out of door ways. Another option that really helps clients with arthritis is changing the hose spigots from multi turn gate valves to 1/4 turn ball valves. This allows clients the ability to water the lawn or fill a pet water bowel again. We also offer handheld shower wands. We can easily convert an existing regular shower head to a handheld wand which allows clients to utilize shower chairs and other seating options while showering. Of course we offer shower grab bar installation as well as nonslip technology to keep you safe in wet locations.
We also install grab bars in dry locations that are hard to manage such as steps, ramps and doorways.
We offer a senior discount and a widows discount. I feel we are part of our community here in Temecula and want to make sure our widows and elderly are proper assisted in these matters.
