Staining or Painting Something?

Weather you need some painting done or some staining done we can help! Painting and staining are one of those trades that have been severely undermined by cheap labor and bad contractors. The reason being is that cheap labor produces cheap results and now clients have gotten used to cheap painters which makes it difficult to offer a quality paint job at a price that doesn't seem high! Call me old fashioned but I refuse to buy the cheapest paint, cheapest brushes, cheapest tape and apply it as quickly as possible! I like primer and two topcoats minimum!

Here we are staining some door trim. Stain needs to be applied evenly and sometimes a wood conditioner must be applied prior to staining to help create a uniform finish. Then the important step is to wipe off all the excess stain. If it takes too much color off then a second application will be needed. Next you need to let the wood dry and clear coat everything.
