Water heater T&P valve

Your hot water has a T&P valve aka temperature and pressure relief valve. This valve keeps your tanks temperature and pressure at safe limits. In the event of excess amounts the valve will release and open which allows the trapped water to evacuate the tank. If your T&P valve is leaking and needs replacing give us a call!
