Brick Sidewalk

Today we repaired a sunken brick walkway by removing sections of the pavers and adding sand to get it back to level. When removing the pavers we had to make sure we kept the same pattern to not lose the original layout, it’s incredibly hard to re-create it otherwise. You can see how we set the pattern next to the removed section below.

It’s hard to tell but you can see how far it had sunk by looking at the perimeter…

After reinforcing the concrete footing we applied thin-set to glue the pavers back into it’s original spot…
