Fence Extension

Lattice fence extension installed on top of masonry wall.

This Murrieta homeowner had a masonry perimeter wall that backed up to a small hill on the exterior side, which created a privacy and security issue. We came up with the solution to add a 2 foot lattice structure on top of the existing wall.

We had to chip off the mortar cap in order to get a flat surface and then we had to cut off some rebar that was sticking up. After that we were able to frame up the new sections and install the lattice panels.
