Tile Repair

Sometimes the budget doesn’t allow for replacing all the flooring and you just need a quick band-aid style cheap repair. No problemo.

This Temecula home had an addition built that didn’t level out the old slab with the new slab so there was a little ramp and a cold joint at the two doorway openings that allowed the tiles at the transitions to pop loose.

We pulled up the loose tiles, removed the old thin set, cleaned the slab, installed a crack isolation membrane, installed the old tiles, grouted and cleaned up.

It’s a funky repair but the owners happy and it fit the budget..
