Toilet leak floor damage

This toilets wax ring had been leaking for a long time and damaged the floor, some drywall and a little baseboard.

We removed the toilet, cleaned up the old toilet, the flange, removed all the bad flooring, drywall and baseboard.

We then sprayed the entire floor with mold guard, then we realized that the old toilet flange was rusted out so we replaced that with a new repair toilet flange, replaced drywall, baseboards and painted them we installed new flooring and a transition strip. The floors don’t match but this was much cheaper than having to replace all the flooring in the home.
