“I rarely write reviews but when it do its because the service was above and beyond expectations. Had three ceiling fans wired and installed as well as some items hung on the wall. Spectacular service in a timely and efficient manner.”

“Must be busy season, as most of the well-known handymen are a couple of weeks out. Ivan was pretty slow at returning my initial inquiry, but when he eventually did, he squeezed me in the next day with Gabriel who was competent and hard working. The job was pretty simple, installing new baseboards to replace the water damaged old ones I had torn out, which involved a little prep including grout work, caulking, and finish paint on the baseboard and wall. Great quality work for the price!”

We needed new posts installed on each end of a sagging side gate. These guys showed up on time, jack hammered out the old concrete and quickly installed the new posts in fresh concrete.

“I’m writing a good review even though we had some miss communications. There were a few jobs I needed done for a small bathroom remodel. The most important one being tiling the floor. Let me say Dale their tile guy is awesome. He does very nice and complete tile work. Even though we had an issue with the project and pricing, Ivan ironed it all out in the end. Thank you.”

“We used Ivan and his team once again this past week when we installed two new carriage lights and replaced three others. In addition to the electrical work the project also involved drywall work. Brian did the electrical first . He was quick and very neat and the lights look great. Ivan followed up by having patrick his painting contractor repair the drywall and paint in the two areas where Brian had to cut into the drywall. I can’t tell where the holes were, his work is that good. Patrick was meticulous , took his time and really knew what he was doing. I won’t hesitate in the future to call Ivan. He can get any job done well!”

“I’m keeping these guys on speed dial while I renovate my house. I called them up to repair some water damage from a leak I thought was fixed. Ivan not only repaired the damage but discovered a bigger leak that the other plumber missed. He had everything in his truck and repaired the leak then and there. If he had just repaired the water damage and went to the next job the leak would have done more damage and I’d be calling him up again. He saved me a lot of money. Great guy!”
